Early Life

Being born in a traditional Catholic family, I had the opportunity to be trained in the Catholic Seminary for 7 years (from the age of 14- 22 years). The mission field was Assam, Nagaland, and Manipur, North-Eastern India. Those 7 years are a memorable period of learning for me. I pursued my secular education. After my post-graduation, as a young entrepreneur, started to manufacture Power Conditioners and Portable Television sets. Later on, with the sprawling office space in Bangalore, diversified into the IT hardware sector, with a team of qualified and certified engineers. During this period, I secured my PhD in Management Sciences, from the Mechanical Engineering Department, at Anna University, in Chennai.

The Story of Personal Salvation (a Bright Light; and His Voice)

My strong inner urge was to succeed in the world. But God in His compassion and mercy, granted the gift of salvation on the 10th of May 2010. Just seconds before the falling of huge branch on my head from a majestic roadside tree on the 80ft road, Indira Nagar, Bangalore; I saw a very Bright Light. Being flung on the road, with the bleeding in the brain, and with no consciousness; was taken to the nearby Chinmaya Mission Hospital [CMH] by the unknown good Samaritans. The accident was broadcast in the TV9 Channel. The footage of the same would be available with them. The Doctors at CMH had given up the hope of reviving me; and handed over the responsibility to the family who arrived after 3 hours of the accident; as the police were trying to unlock my identity during these hours.

The Gentle Voice of God

When being transferred to St. John’s Medical College and Hospital in the Ambulance; while still in the unconscious state, as everyone around me waiting for the expected death; I could hear the gentle voice of God within me; calling out by name and saying: “Francis, you are going to die. What are you going to do now?”[Exact words; no additions to it]. At the same moment, the Spirit within me cried out for me: “Forgive me Lord, I am a sinner”. Family members who were in the ambulance never heard of it, nor did I realize what was happening inside of me; until the initial six months had passed by.

Responding to God’s Call and the Anointing

After the neuro-surgery, while still bedridden and dependent for more than 6 months, and with the medical compulsion for another surgery, the Bright Light and the Gentle Voice mirrored before me. As I spent my days in reading and meditating the Word of God, I could experience the great anointing of God. During this period of solitude, while I received my complete healing without further surgery and medication, men and women with persistent diseases and ailments, were freed and healed with a word in the Name of Jesus Christ.

The First Mission Field in Kothagiri, Ooty

The inner urge was to silently spread the Gospel of Love, found in Jesus alone, among those who have not yet accepted Him as Lord and God. Began the mission work in Kothagiri, Ooty, Tamil Nadu, among the plantation workers and their families; preaching and teaching. For almost 2 years walked from one hill to another reaching out to the tribals living there.

The Place of Worship in Bangalore

With the available personal resources and a mortgaged loan, the Church construction was completed on the 1st floor of my residence in Bangalore, on February, 2017. Later; First Fruits AG Church was recognized as an associate of the Worldwide Assemblies of God (AG) in the fellowship of CDSIAG [Central District of South India Assemblies of God]; and subsequently received the ordination as reverend in the Assemblies of God on the 18th of November 2021.
