First Fruits AG Church is a non-racial and nonlinguistic fellowship of believers, in the covenantal relationship with God the Father, through His Son Jesus Christ by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We commend, commit, and encourage one another to love unconditionally the ONE, TRUE, ETERNAL, CO-EXISTENT GOD, revealed in three persons (Luke 10:27a)
We teach and encourage to love one another and our fellow human beings, irrespective of caste, colour, race, economic status, educational and linguistic background, and religious affiliation (Luke 10:27b)
We acknowledge, accept, and believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired, authentic, and inerrant Word of God; to be our supreme guide in its relevance to all spheres of our life ( 2 Peter 1: 20-21; 2 Timothy 3: 16-17)
We believe in the substitutionary atoning work of Jesus Christ on the cross, and in the priesthood of all baptised brothers and sisters of this congregation; who make up the body of Christ. We guide and encourage congregational members to seek and to find salvation in Jesus Christ, and to commit each other to an uncompromising standard of personal morality. Therefore, we exhort each other to honour God with our body and to safeguard it from all impurities and to lead an exemplary born-again Christian life (1 Corinthians 6: 18-20)
We believe in adult baptism by immersion in the water, as exemplified by the Good Shepherd (Matthew 3: 13-15), as a sign of our acknowledgement of the Lordship of Jesus Christ in our life.
We adhere to all the 16 doctrines of AG with the special focus on its “Four Core Beliefs” of: Salvation, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Divine Healing, and the Second Coming of Christ.
We believe in the strict and compulsory observance of Sunday as a Holy Day for the Sacred Assembly of believers in the FFAG Church, to worship and to glorify God (Exodus 20: 8-11). We partake of the Holy Communion as a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s Passion, Crucifixion, Death, Resurrection, and His Second Coming (1 Corinthians 11: 26)
